EMI Audio began as a service company in 1973. Now we are a warranty repair center for 50+ brands & provide walk in & curbside repair service at our Minneapolis / St Paul location.

For in-store service there is a $150 non-refundable minimum to be paid when your repair is checked in. In the event the item is unrepairable, the minimum can be used as store credit valid for 30 days from pickup of the repair. We do not offer this store credit for no-problem-found repairs.
Any service performed has a 90 day guarantee.
If the item was purchased from EMI Audio, the repair is eligible for a free rush service and a free loaner until the repair is completed.
